The Motorola Atrix HD belongs to a new breed of smartphones with large high-definition screens, 4G LTE networking technology, and superbly long battery life. It runs the latest version of Android software for smartphones and packs a lot of great hardware in a sleek and mostly ergonomic package. And best of all, it comes with a variety of modern wireless features that will allow any user to easily enjoy the best of what the Internet has to offer.
Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich is installed as standard on the Motorola Atrix HD, which should be handled quite well by the 1.5GHz dual-core Qualcomm processor on board. It has 1GB of on-device RAM and 8GB of internal storage. And for those who need more space for their data, there’s a built-in microSD card slot that supports up to 32GB of added memory. All of the hardware on the Motorola Atrix HD is packed inside an 8mm thin casing that weighs in at just 140 grams total.
Just like many of today’s newer smartphones, the Motorola Atrix HD is fitted with an 8-megapixel main camera with LED flash. The built-in camera itself comes equipped with several special features, not the least of which is its 8x digital zoom and Full HD video recording capability at 30 frames per second. A front-facing camera takes care of videoconferencing or self-portraits.
One of the HD's highlights include its 4.5-inch 720x1280 pixel resolution LCD screen which supports multi-touch gestures. Through this, users will be able to enjoy virtually all of the multimedia content that their heart's desire. And it doesn’t even need to be plugged in all the time. Although there’s a microUSB port available on the phone, it also has Bluetooth 4.0, 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi, and GPS capabilities. It is one of the most powerful mobile computers that you can fit comfortably in the palm of your hand.

- Taylor Martin , PhonedogOn paper, the Motorola Atrix HD has everything necessary to land it in the highest tier in the smartphone market. But the overall package falls short in contrast with the competition. The display is gorgeous and as crisp as you can ask for, the processor is the same one found in the Samsung Galaxy S...
- Daniel Bader, Mobile SyrupThe ATRIX HD LTE is one of my favourite Android devices of the moment, and speaks to how Motorola has been constantly listening to its customers. Not only has the company opened a bootloader unlock service for developers and custom ROM creators, but they have pared back many of the MOTOBLUR software...
- GSMArena Team, GSMArenaPowerful internals, gorgeous screen, solidly built body, and a stock Android experience with just the right amount of modification -that's the Motorola Atrix HD in a nutshell. Motorola has addressed the issues of the smartphone's predecessors, thus creating one of the most complete Android packages...
- Mitch Wright, Android GuysThe Atrix HD is definitely a good deal for the money if you’re on AT&T. It does very well as a phone in clarity and reception (at least where AT&T is concerned), and really that’s what a phone is for. Beyond that, it hits the spot in build-quality, with only a few real nitpicks....
