I bounght this kind of cell phone for my family since it was free with a good plan. Just after 3 months its battery didn't work properly. First the battery is easy to hook off the phone even if you just put it in your pocket. So you won't receive any calls. Second its standby time was only 3 days and now one year past and I have to recharge it everyday! Someone told me that the Korean cell phones had battery issue and I didn't believe it. Now I know I am totally wrong. Less

Pros Nice Design A lot of cool features Okay ring tones Cons Bad reception After you turn it on it says "please wait" for a about a minute Okay battery life- will get you through the day I found it hard to text After the first year i had to replace the battery because it broke

Really though people, this phone is okay it does what it's supposed to do. i've had it for about 2 years now and other then normal wear not a problem!

worst phone ever.

I have one thats 16 months old. It's horrible, the battery clip broke, and they wouldnt fix it, because there was a tiny tiny skratch on the screen. My boyfriend had one, and it broke, and would slide uncontrolably. My friend had one, and it stopped charging, where you plugged it in to charge, apparent...More

My boyfriend had one, and it broke, and would slide uncontrolably. My friend had one, and it stopped charging, where you plugged it in to charge, apparently that had broken off inside.. and of course lg said theres nothing they could do about it. They are horrible, and lg doesnt care at all. Definatly, the worst phone ever. I now just purchased a samsun vice, it is AMAZINGLY golden compared to the lg chocolate. Less

That was a big mistake. I have had it now for about 8 months and it is a poor phone! The sound quality is terrible! My calls last for about 5 seconds, and then it just ends the call. It also shuts on and off randomely for no reason. The battery life doesnt last very long either. If you want to buy this phone, I definately wouldnt go for it. The first month or 2 are great, but after it starts getting worse and worse! Less

really bad phone

Crap phone and LG doesn't care!

Mine is 13 months old. The battery clip broke once under warranty and then again just out of warranty. Two days ago. it stopped charging. It turns out that the receptacle for the charger, inside the phone broke right off. Oh yeah, and after about 8 months the key pad is worn right out. I e-mailed LG saying it's 2 weeks out of warranty. Surely you can help me. Got a form letter back saying, if it's under warranty take it to an LG dealer and if not, the same dealer will be happy to repair it at your expense. I have never seen such a poorly built piece of crap in my life. I took it apart and believe me, this phone is worth about $20 new at best. LG stands for Life is Good. Good for the company execs raking in millions on the backs of losers like me. I will NEVER buy LG of any kind. Less

worst phone ever... period!

i just brought mine in for repairs today, it lasted me a while only because i put up w/ all of its problems for so long. But when the touch pad stopped workin... i had to bring it in and say goodbye to wireless communication for a month. i should have done research on this phone before going for it... it is a good looking piece of junk, but nevertheless a piece of junk. Reception, battery life, sensitive pad, accessing internet with the slightest touch, bad microphone, the battery WILL break off cause the tiny bump of plastic holding it inplace is paper thin. its lack of features is unbearable, i got the white chocolate from bell and it was a mission to even put music on the phone, then u cant even assign the music as ring tone... oh man... honesly i dont think i can put in words how bad this phone is... I vow never to buy another LG product again! EVER! Service providers should be ashamed to even still have this product on their shelves. Less

Useless

This is the most overrated horrible phone ever made, it turns off randomly, battery life is about 20 min. during talking. and about 3 hours if your not talking. mp3 player fits about 20 songs. the charger is floppy and doesnt fit properly(keeps falling out).

grrr
