Mobile Syrup

This device stands alone and is the winner in it’s opening price point

from Mobile Syrup

At fist look the Bliss has a large 3-inch touchscreen and only a few buttons: call, answer, back/speaker. Around the device you have the standard buttons such as volume rocker, lock, camera plus the USB to charge. The overall design is nicely shaped with a green band that works all the way around. From what I can tell the entire device is made of plastic and some might say that this makes a device look cheap, but with the Bliss it somehow adds to the appeal. It only weighs in at a light 3.42 ounces with overall dimensions being 107.5 x58 x 11.95mm, so this is also thin. What’s good about the size and weight is that it absolutely does not feel bulky in your pockets or that you’re carrying a brick around....

Something I wouldn't recommend...

I've had this phone for just over two years and I strongly advise against buying it. When you use that chat function, the phone often freezes up, and you have to either wait for it to restart on its own, or remove the battery and turn it on again. The camera and screen aren't very high quality, I mean they're there, but these days you can definitely get better than this. The touch screen isn't sophisticated at all, and the panoramic keyboard has trouble keeping up with high-speed texting. Overall, if you don't have high standards, this phone is for you. But if you're looking for a first phone, I'd recommend a flip phone as it will protect your screen better than this. Less

not too bad.

Its very simple to use and texting gets really easy after awhile. I wouldn't suggest this phone but I also wouldn't say not to buy it because its a great starter phone but there are lots of phones better than it. Less

Not a good phone for most

I have had this phone for a year. Not impressed with it, actually I dislike it very much. Touch screen is hard to get used to. Doesn't have a good music player, every time I'm listening to music and I receive a text the music stops. Texting is difficult because of the touch screen. The only good thing about this phone is that it can take a lot of drops and hits. I have dropped it many times and even dropped it in water and it still works fine. I would recommend this phone to NO ONE . Less

LG Bliss. ive had it for 7 months, and i absolutely dislike it. its constantly needing to be updated, im always having to take out the battery, and it turns on and off by itself. The screen is a total bust, and when you go into chat with the inboxed messages it freezes really quickly. its really tough though, ive dropped it in water, ran it over, dropped, thrown it and it still works like it did before. the camera's ok, it steadies itself. 2 mp is ok. think is, its just a prototype so its aright, i guess. i would recommend it to people who dont like texting or people who are used to left-slide phones.

decent

i would love this phone so much that i might concider marrying it if it had a slide out keyboard because this phone has everything except the keyboard and the screen might get glichy if ur on a role txting and all of a sudden hdjwihdkfj appers un stead of hello 7/10

I think that it could've had a better touch screen.....

I mean it is fun and all to play with and it is a heck of alot better than my lg banter, but it will freeze up after i listen to music......

Don't bother

If people say they like it, its because they owned a terrible phone prior or haven't owned it long enough. This thing stinks, but you get what you paid for. Unresponsive, freezing buggy, terrible button placement ect. ect.

Love it

I love the LG Bliss, it was the best touch screen phone I ever had, it survived being dropped in water, and still worked great after words. Wish i still had it now, had to switch cell phone company's and ended up with the Motorola Crush which is a piece of junk only reason we got it was because the bli...More

The World's Best Phone

I would definitely recommend this phone to anyone! I just got it as a gift for christmas on a virgin prepaid plan. At first glance this phone is simple, pretty, and portable. It's black and green (other colors too but I have green), has 3 simple buttons: call, end call, and back, and has a good size touch screen. Then I turned it on. Angels bagan to sing from above.....wait no, that's just the opening tone. With internet, media, a camcorder, a camera, a facebook page, instant messaging, text, chat, 2 free motion games, a drawing panel and SO much more, the only problem I have with this phone is that I can't peel myself away from it! not impressed

bought this phone some time ago... major disappointment. bought this phone some time ago... major disappointment. It looks good from far, it feels alright, decent interface, but the so called ''music player'' or even media player for that matter was just a huge turn off for me. Basically you can only play and stop. That's it. No next button, no previous button. The tracks have to be selected one by from a list of ''audio'' that, btw, is mixed in with the ringtones! I was very pissed off. what kind of joke is that? how can they possibly call this joke a music player... anyways I could go on and on about this but I hate the fact that they claim to have a great music player when you are restrained to playing and stoping songs. (The song stops playing after a while because the phone goes to sleep). Just a mega turn off for me Less

at least your actually plays music mine just tells me that it can not be displayed plus my vibrate keeps cutting in and out wich really iritates me grrrr. calling people is very fun.. NOT sometimes the screen just goes black and i cant do anything if i have to type on the dial pad i have to end the call and start over again. LG BLISS not a phone i would recommend to anyone!!!!!!
