It will drop the odd call in a dead zone but all phones will. I can use it in elevators just fine. Takes a beating and works well. Not much in the way of grapics, but whatever. It's a phone, not a television. I bought a brand new LG 240 today to try the camera and music option. It's a piece of crap that has bells and whistles, but are difficult to use and are not compatable with a Mac. It sucks, the Bluetooth has cavities and it's going back tomorrow. Less

unbreakable

This phone will last you forever..even when you think it is broken, it ends up working again. I've dropped it a million times and it even got water damage but it still works great. Love how small it is too.
I had this phone for two years, it went thru hell with me, but it survived and worked everytime I needed it. I got a diffrent phone and decided that it sucked and so I got my old phone back my good old LG. :)

Don''t buy an LG phone

It won''t stay on manual ... ie home only. We live on a border and pick up foreign towers all the time. We had 4 LG phones on a business plan, 3 of the 4 quit working reliably just after the 1 year warranty was up. Phone would ring once .. pick up ... they couldn''t hear us. Do not get this phone!

I had nothing but problems since I got this crappy phone. It has very poor reception- I would have to turn off the phone for 30 sec to enable reception. I wouldn''t get all my calls. Then not even a year did it fully breakdown. They say it was water damage but it did not get near a drop of water! I tri...More

I''d say stay clear of LG all together if I were you. Less

Great Phone

I woned it for 1 year so far and I like it: PROS: - Good Reception - Compact and small - light and durable CONS: - Battery only good for 7 days, not 11 as claimed - No Camera, Mp3 player or voice recorder - Sounds are annoying

GREAT PHONE

THis phone has been good to me. I have had it since the start of 2005 and it has worked good for me. I wish it had a way that a camera could be hooked up to it. PERFECT PHONE.

Performance on the phone is terrible.

I bought the LG4015 in August of 2004. I have had no luck with this phone. Performance is like I am back in the 80's again, on an average the LG drops 9 out of 10 calls per day, the reception is terrible I find myself in the Verizon comercial, constantly saying "Can you hear me now". Performance is like I am back in the 80's again, on an average the LG drops 9 out of 10 calls per day, the reception is terrible I find myself in the Verizon comercial, constantly saying "Can you hear me now". All said and done I recently got rid of the LG4015 and got the Motorola V220GSM on with the same provider and I now have no trouble at all with my service provider nor with my phone. Inconclution I will not recomend this Phone to anyone as I fear that you will have the same luck I did. Allen Newsome Less
