Hi Brian. Connect your phone to your laptop using a data cable. You should be able to transfer pictures as well.

Unfortunately, there is no way to reset the device without being able to power it on. Try removing the battery then put it back in after a few minutes. Plug in charger then turn on your phone. Just give it a shot. Good luck!
