Critic consensus
“Overall, the Honor Magic V2 is probably not the best value in its class. But its main claim to fame is its slim waistline, and if you want the benefits of a large foldable in as close as possible to a bar form factor, this one is shaping up as a top choice.”
“With the Magic V2, Honor has demonstrated impressively that a foldable doesn't have to be a bulky slab and can still house tons of technology.”
“The Onyx Boox Tab X is very large, expensive, and flexible thanks to the Android app support, and lasts a long time. The e-ink tablet is great for studying documents and taking notes, but it also has some weak points.”
“The Honor Magic V2 is the newest iteration in Honor's foldable lineup, and it's impossibly thin, undercutting some regular smartphones in thickness even when folded. Despite this, it packs competitive specs, including a big battery, a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, and great displays outside and inside.”
