The Pixel 3a XL is the top-end model in Google’s 2019 budget-focused lineup. But it shares many similarities with the smaller, lower-priced Pixel 3a.
Notable differences include:
- A larger 6-inch OLED display running at 2160-by-1080 pixels
- A larger 3700mAh battery
However, this comes with some tradeoffs. Technically, the larger screen has a lower pixel density. Still, it’s not low enough to be noticeable in any major way.
Also, while the battery is technically larger, most reviews found that battery life between the two models is nearly identical. In some cases, the Pixel 3a actually won out.
Otherwise, the phones are identical. For more on what to expect from Google’s latest release, be sure to check out our summary of the Google Pixel 3a.
