Another paperweight review

Nope, find a local phone repair shop. They won't touch it after warrenty. No shops have any parts. This is an impossible hassle to try to get anything fixed. Please don't make my mistake buying this phone. Less

Good phone, terrible repair support

I bought the phone in the beginning of Feb 2015 and it worked great for about 3 months. It started doing weird things like calling out to a different number while I was talking to someone, shutting off on its own while in my pocket, not responding when I tried to use it, and various other things. It then fell out of my pocket from only about 2 feet off the ground and the screen cracked. Just like the previous reviewer stated, it is impossible to find a repair facility to fix it. Less

toughman

Not a tough phone, broke 2 screens and now are not available and bullit wants me to upgrade but they are not doing any better on price than online. Just bite the bullitt and buy a sonim xp7 as ihave done, 3 year warranty even on damage and proper tough. I only bought cat as at the time sonim had not released their smart phone.

Screen Broken, now a useless paperweight.

Bought the phone in October, dropped it in January and screen cracked, now I love the phone, probably the best I've had. but the problem is you cannot get a replacement screen anywhere, no one can get one, I've had repair specialists trying for months to get one, bit pointless buying something you... I broke mine too, found a place in europe that will fix it, but it's warranted for a year against broken glass, but you have to ship it to england, mines on its way home now. I also had trouble updating its firmware you?
