When a file is unsupported, it won't appear but it is stored in phone memory. Some mp4 files don't support in my lumia 535 so they don't appear. There's a trick to find the files which you receive from bluetooth: Before receiving a file from another phone, say him/her to change the extension of the file to .txt then after receiving that file, it'll be saved in documents folder of the phone memory. Whether it's annoying to change multiple files's extension but it works excellent.

i just received a movie . the size of the file i received is 500mb and i have 1gb free space in the mobile .after i received a file my phone space is 510mb and i dont find a movie in my phone . i just checked all my phone folders ,docoments,saved pictuers every folder but i didnt find that. help me to find that movie or how i delete that movie.

Depends on what kind of files it is.Pictures are in Photos app > Albums > Saved pictures Videos are in the same folder as pictures Music files are in Music + Videos app > Music Documents are in Office app.

I received Microsoft Lumia 535. Its good in function but it has too many drawbacks I.e. No camera zoom, getting too hot during uses, too short charger cable. Finally I want to know how can I get zoom camera facility in my. Lumia 535 & heating is as usual or manufacturing's fault.

this is the easiest way to install two WhatsApp who using windows 8 phone like lumia. i have a lumia 535 and it had a very badly scratched up camera lens. to the point that the camera could not focus on anything and the pictures looked like i was taking pictures inside of a house full of cigarette smokers. very cloudy. the solution is simple and cheap. although time consuming. what you will need 1, two to four small boxes of matches (really) 2, a hand held eraser. not the ones on a pencil. the white square erasers work best first take the back off of the phone lay the lumia 535 phone face down on a flat table open a box of matches discard the matches and keep the striker part of the box. use the sandpaper part. of the box taring off the excess box paper. then use that sandpaper on the lens. rubbing back and forth or in circular rotation. what ever is comfortable to you. do this for 2 to 5 minutes, or until the scratches are gone and the lens just looks a little fuzzy. then use the eraser in the same way as the sand paperuntill it looks like smooth glass again. repeet this cycle until all the scratches are gone. and ya! done! FYI for my 535 it took me over an hour. but mine was VERY scratched up. now it takes perfect pictures. NO scratches. also. make sure that the matches you buy are NOT strike anywhere matches. the sandpaper on those boxes are to course. and turn off the phone. or at least turn off double tap to wake. or your phone will go crazy. hope this helps.

I tried the toothpaste tricking with rubbing alcohol and it cleaned it up a little but not much.I haven't tried nail polish remover yet to see if it cleans even better.What I did is put 3M Scotch Transparent Tape on the lense and trimmed off the excess with a exacto knife.Product Link: http://www.scotchtape.ca/wps/portal/3M/en_CA/CAGlobalScotchBrand/Scotch/Products/Catalogue/~/Scotch-Transparent-Tape-with-Dispenser-39-C?N=4335+3293775522+3294529206&rt=dIt's completely clear and helped clear up the fogginess of my lense until I upgrade or if I can get a replacement part.

While I haven't tried transferring files using SHAREit with 2 different platforms, transferring is really easy as the app has instructions you just have to follow.

Check the battery on the back, make sure it fits properly. If it is and restart persist, I suggest that you install Microsoft's Stop Restart App (link)
