It doesn't take pictures, has no built-in games, it won't play music, and doesn't offer a calendar/scheduler. It is just a mostly plastic phone with remarkable range and sound quality (thanks to it's extendable antenna). Yes, It's the most ugly phone I own. My other cell is an LG that's 1/2 the size of this phone in an alluminum case. Less

My husband glued the case back together and still going strong! Very good basic phone! We love it! Other than it's obvious hugeness..as today's Cell's go. We bought it in 1998 as well. It has never failed us and we have never replaced the battery. Less

Yeah...it's ugly, but....

Have owned this phone since 1998, have dropped it in 6" of water, walked on it, dropped it, and left it ouside at my camp for 4 weeks in the spring...shower's, heavy rain ...you know. I have abused it...today's great technology couldn't hold a candle to it!!!!!
