Love this phone

Feb 2011, got it free with a plan more than 6 years ago and it's still going, the speakers, the reception, is amazing. Although I don't use most of the features, I love this phone, hope I don't have to put it to rest.

Great phone, RIP

I bought mine on October 23, 2003. I've just retired it today, May 1, 2009. That's five and a half years! It required two expensive repairs when the display went blank. However, 5+ years on the original battery is amazing. If could have found a replacement battery, I would have stuck with the phone. I know that lithium batteries are not supposed to have a memory effect, but I always (except towards the last few months) fully drained and then fully charged the battery. It was a great little phone. RIP Audiovox. Less

It works.

This was my one and only cell phone, I've had in for 5 years and never had it repaired once - just starting to have some screen problems now but it always seems to come back after turning on and off. Its had a tough life at university spending nights in puddles, ditches, dropped, thrown... you name it. Couldn't ask for better quality on that end. Less

No complaints here!

Have had this phone for 2.5 years and cannot complain at all. Great battery life! This is probably my 10th cell phone and beats any Motorolla I have owned.

This phone sucks!

Like just about everyone else's reviews I have read here I think this phone sucks! It worked ok for about a year and now wont hold a charge for even 24 hours. I bought a new battery, I even bought another phone of the same model and even the new/used phone wont hold a charge. I am starting to hate v...More

I bought a new battery, I even bought another phone of the same model and even the new/used phone wont hold a charge. I am starting to hate verizon since they are unwilling to do anything to help other than sell me a refurbished phone for $90. Not only does this phone suck, verizon sucks. Less

Con: Can't download wallpapers, can only use pre-installed ones :( Using experience: 2 years I have had this phone for over a year and a half and it still works like new! I love this phone and I have had no problems with whatsoever! Since I'm only 21 ringtones are a big feature to me...this phone has the coolest ringtones to download! I just wish I could add my own wallpapers! But that's not a big deal for most people! This phone is definitely worth the money! Less

I hate this phone

This phone does not work good at all. Buy it, regret it. This phone is OK for like a few months and then u have 2 charge it every 2 days. You don't get a signal anywhere. The stupid phone looks like one of those toy phones. Plus it easily scratches. So don't put it in your backpack when you go to schoo...More

It also fits in most of those small jean pockets which is awesome. I have dropped mine on pavement numerous times and it still functioned. The phone lasted 2 years which is reasonable by todays standards. Buttons are impossible due to over use texting and it now takes about 30 seconds to turn on. Overall I feel i got my moneys worth. Okay for only a year

The phone worked nicely for a year, maximum. After that year the battery life started decreasing rapidly, and the signal wouldn''t work in most places in my university. At one year, the screws INSIDE the phone randomly came out and 2 of them just vanished. I do not know how that happened. At a year and 6 months, the phone stopped working completely. The buttons randomly did not work (I could not make or answer calls), the battery life died in 5 hours, and the phone would randomly shut off. Sometimes it would turn on and the buttons would work for about 5 minutes, but then it would continue its routine of not working. Less
