Alcatel One Touch Sonic

when i first got the phone i could sign on to facebook or anything else online at anytime or anywhere. my co workers get a connection when i cant so something has to be blocking a connection somewhere in the phone

To get Wi-Fi in your phone, there must be a Wi-Fi network in you area. You can't just o anywhere have Wi-Fi all the time, unless you have a portable Wi-Fi with you.

Hmm... Does your phone still detect Wi-Fi networks? Try uninstalling the last app you installed.

Visit Google Play store and install a call and SMS blocking apps. There's a lot of them in there that's free to download. :)

How do I block numbers?

Hi teresa! Try using a headset with mic and check if they can hear you by then. I'm suspecting that the mic might be damaged.

I have the same problem people can't hear me. Is it repairable..thank you ,Dolores

Hi barbara. Maybe you are not getting network signal. Restart your phone to refresh it. Let us know if that works for you.

will this phone work with safelink?

Hey Paul. The Alcatel One Touch Sonic does not have the hotspot feature.

You can check Amazon or eBay for replacement batteries. You can also contact Alcatel directly to request for the battery.

Hmm.. Did you install an app before that started? If you did, uninstall it and observe if the persist.

Check the settings of the email app, there's probably an option to turn off notifications.
