After downloading pictures and movies from my BlackBerry Q10, I can't transfer them to a USB key. What can I do?
When I download my pictures and movies onto to my computer I cannot put them on a USB key or even segregate them, Please advise how we do this , Many thanks Rick

Hey Rick. You should be able to copy or move files transferred to your computer with no problem. This is the first time I've heard of this issue. Is there any message prompt that comes up when you make the transfer? Please let me know so we can check what the possible cause is. Thanks.
