Why won't my Alcatel Pixi 4 charge when it is on?
help., I cant charge my phone when it is On, when u shut down the phone then connect to the charger it will charge

Hi Halim. It's best that you have your phone checked, it's either the charging port or the battery that needs repair/replacement. Contact Alcatel to locate the nearest service center in your area.
