I have the same problem and I can't power off. My phone is in frozen mode. Should I wait till the battery dead and keep my finger cross after recharge the battery and the phone will back to normal?
Hi Alfred. Your phone is currently on Download Mode. To get out of download mode, simply turn off your phone then turn it back on.
