How to fix storage issues on my Samsung Galaxy J1?
My J100MU had storage issues since I purchased it last November; I got an sd card and nothing changed. I deleted all of my photos; messages, apps, etc.; no improvement. Where can I find the cloud storage on this phone and what do I do?

Hi there. What's the storage issue? Does it always say it's full? If so, move all your files to SD card and then check if you can also move apps. Go to Settings > Application manager > Downloaded, check if the apps under downloaded have the option to be move to SD card.
