Why won't Kobo Arc 10HD charge and turn on?
I forgot my charger at work over the weekend and so tried another one, but it wouldn't charge. The battery died and now that I have my charger back it won't charge or turn on. I have tried holding down the power button for 20 seconds, and holding the power and volume buttons down. Nothing is working. Help!

I see you have tried the usual troubleshooting steps but none of them work. You may have to send your unit back to Kobo for repair. If you just had it and it's still under warranty, the repair cost should be free of charge.
