I have the ZTE Max Pro that I bought in May 2017. I had in replaced in July due to problems with my music player pausing constantly. Now I'm having the same problems with this replacement phone. Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?
Hi Ursula. Using a pin/needle, carefully scrub it on the side the audio port. Make sure it is clean. Also, have you tried using a different music play app?
No I was not using headphones. Playing it out loud. Any other suggestions? I'm so frustrated.
