facing same problems, so I changed my charger and its solve problem, try its working

Facing same problem. I used same charger and cable but my other lenevo was charging well Then I discharge my battery from mobile. And again put it in.. Trying several times.. It began to charge again :)) I will never going to buy you products again.. xiaomi is far better. Yureka sucks in battery, heating issue and lots of software bug.

My yureka was working properly. I put it to charging one day but dont know what happened battery percentage was decreasing instead of going up although it was showing that phone is charging. I have not done any new flashing at that tym. Now the phone is complete dead....zero battery....no charging in switched off mode too. What should I do and how to contact customer support to claim replacement if no other solution is there?

SAME PROBLM FACE ME BUL I HAVE SOLVE THIS PROBLAM RESOLD CHARGING CONNECTOR AND CLEAN CHARGING CONNECTOR AND USE MICROMAX ORIGNAL CHARGING CABLE AND USE 1.5 AH OR 2.0 AH CHARGER

Change ur charger with any micromax 1.5 A or 2A original charger & solve the problem

Even I'm facing the same issue.

I've tried multiple chargers but the battery keeps draining out!
The only option that is currently working is by using a Power Bank.

My cell only charges when connected to a Power Bank. And stars discharging while using charger. :(

Hi, can you guys try using a different charging cable, there may be a problem with the one you are currently using.

i am also facing the same problem.......as my problem is not as big like you....but still its a great problem.....if you something about this...please help me out.
