You are ending my service before the date in our contract since you have removed support for my telephone. How do I receive the refund you owe me?

You are removing the service for which I paid, so you owe me a refund for the unused balance. How do I ensure receiving this?

The carrier is SpeakOut. They have  what I see as a most dismal rating in reviews given. Payment was made by credit card at a Seven-Eleven store in January, 2021 and is  valid to January, 2022 - if I now upgrade my cell phone. They indicate the telephone I have, which they supplied, will no longer be usable due to newer technological requirements. They are telling me I have to buy a new telephone to access communication time for which I paid. They should be refunding me the amount of paid time their changes will deny me once their new technology becomes active.

Hmm. Which carrier is this? Did you use a credit card? How about a charge back?

I already contacted the carrier and they are saying there is no refund.
