Before that happened, did you accidentally dropped your phone? If yes, it may have damaged your phone, resulting in camera flash not working. In that case, I suggest you contact ZTE or bring your phone to a nearby cellphone shop to have it checked and repaired. If not, have you checked the camera settings? Flash may be turned off.
