Why won't my Motorola EX431G answer when I push send key?

I cannot hear caller when I push send key to answer

Our maybe the mute is on or damaged

Hi Laura, are you able to use the Send key for anything else? If it also doesn't work for other things apart from answering phone calls, you may have a faulty Send button on your phone.
