How or where do you enter the password?

I get my core prime o pair to my 2012 ford truck and it works for a while, but then the call audio and media audio shut off and it doesn't work any more please help

Activate both your car's Bluetooth system as well as on your phone then wait for your car Blueooth to be detected on your phone and tap on the name of your car Bluetooth when it does. Password is usually 1234. If not, check the product manual. Connection between both devices will be established once the correct password has been entered.
