Why won't screenshots and photos I take not saved on the ZTE Grand X Max?

Why when i take a picture or screenshot are the images not being saved?

Hi jayda. Using a file manager app, go to SD card > Pictures, check if there's a screenshot folder, if there's none, create a folder named "Screeshots". Take a screenshot and check if it goes there.
