Why is there a muffed sound during calls on the ZTE Warp Elite?

Why oh why is ther a muffed sound during calls  ?? callers cant hear me ..i hear them great ??CONFUSED?

Hi Paul. Check the mic in your phone, maybe there's some dirt or something stuck on it.
