I have done as you say ,but when I put in the name of another town.the hour class appears and turns,but nothing happens.i left it turning for over an hour twice to no avail. Now I can't even get back to my own City of Norwich.   Your answer is OK ,but the Doro6520 does not respond.

Hi Joseph. Open Menu -> Settings -> Weather -> Select a different city -> then Select your city again. Check if the temperature refreshes.
