Several times SOLO customer service people couldn't wait to end my call with them ignoring and not answering my question?
I would suggest the next time you call Solo customer service, get the reps name or agent number so in case they don't treat you right, you can make a complaint and make sure those guys are thought a lesson. Most companies are like this. Lots of rude agents that would raise their voice at you when the only thing you want is help. Just have more patience. Eventually you'll get a good rep that would really help you out with your concerns. Good luck!
