Why is it when I receive a text message it pops up with an error saying this message could not be sent and how do I save picture messages?
when i get a text message and just when i open up the message app it pops up with a error message saying could not send this message but i am not trying to send a message. I also can not save picture message.

Hi Brandi. Try to turn on mobile data then try sending or opening a picture message.
