Why is it that Samsung claims their Samsung Galaxy Rugby is so durable but I havent even had mine one month and if fell - not thrown - fell less than one foot on to the ground and the sceen is cracke?l  The IPhone is even more durable than the "Rugby"!?

My phone fell less than one foot when it slipped from my pocket on to dirt when I was sitting.
