Why does Virgin Mobile always say I have the wrong password or phone number when I get on my computer?

I don't feel they are vert helpful or nice to me. They have been doing this to me for 3 years now. I always paid my bill on time or a week ahead, don't deserve being treated unfair.

I changed my account from monthly to a prepaid account,I spent nearly 3 hrs on Saturday and kept getting the run around .Today Iwas told to get a sim card so i could activte my phone, Iget nothing but the run around again todayI was told that to enter my Sim card it would cost me $8 .Where do you get all these brainy people? I'm getting
to the point of telling you to stuff and go to another provider.


Unfortunately, only Virgin Mobile can help you with this issue. I suggest you bring your phone to a Virgin Mobile store and let their reps help you login to your account. Let me know how it goes.
