Why does the screen on my LG Optimus Black keep blacking out?
every once in a while my screen goes black and will not come on even when the battery is charged....I was told to take the battery out and this usually restores the phone...getting sick of taking the battery out....now when I have done this it still will not restore the phone.....looking very shortly for a new cell provider if this cannot be reconciled......

Hi Sherry. There's definitely something wrong with your phone. Although you bought it from a wireless service provider, it isn't entirely their fault, it's more on the manufacturer's side which is LG. If your phone is still under warranty (or even if it's not) you should contact your carrier and let them know about your phone's issue so they can do something about it. You can also contact LG directly to find out where you can send your phone for repair.
