Why does My Xiaomi Redmi 2 automatically restart when being charged?

I have a mi redmi 2 and when kept on charge it started to on and off itself again and again... how to fix it

That doesn't look good. It's either the battery or the charging port is causing the problem. Have it checked ASAP to avoid any further problems.
