Why does my lg bliss not able to recieve calls can phone out but not recieve calls.Not even a month old yet and no help from technical support?.
This is on a prepaid virgin plan.

Restriction for incoming calls must have been set to Block All. In this chase you need to set it to Allow All or Contacts Only to receive incoming calls.
1. Touch Menu
2. Touch Settings
3. Touch Phone Settings and then Security
4. Enter the 4-digit lock code
5. Touch Restrictions
6. Touch a Restrictions submenu, and then the setting
7. Choose Incoming Calls and then Allow All
