Hey Romeo. Have you tried bringing your phone to a MetorPCS store? Have their reps check your phone personally so they can tell exactly what's wrong with it. Once they verify that there's an issue going on with your phone, they'll be the one to ask you to send it for repair. As part of the limited warranty, parts and service should be free of charge.
