Hi Lily. Are you sure no one got your phone and deleted those messages on purpose or by accident? My son did that to my phone once so it's something you should also consider. If you're sure no one did, it could possibly be a bug. It's would be better if you report this to HTC so they could look into your issue and have a fix on it on the next software upgrade.
