Why do I constantly get can't find a network with Wind Mobile in my condo?
Why do i constantly get cant finf a network at least 30 times a day and i have to go from my condo on the 33 floor to ground to get any bars?

Try getting close to a window and see if you get network signal. Maybe you just don't get enough signal inside. Keep in mind that walls interfere with network signal.
