It has nothing to do with service with me, because my old phone worked just fine in my area. So for me if this service is bad it's my phone carrier which is Metro PCS. My mic works just fine. Calls work fine a lot. But then if I try to use the speaker no one can help me. I saw on one forum that it was OK Google in the Google app. Regardless, this shouldn't be the case. I'm going to see if that's the problem but I doubt it.

Hi Priscilla. It could be phone or a network issue. If phone, there could be an issue with your phone's mic. If this is the case, you need your phone to be repaired.

If it's a network issue, the reception in your area could be that bad that you can connect to calls but you're unable to make conversation since the people on the other end can't hear you. Make sure you check you have good signal strength on your phone before making or taking a call.
