Try to restart your phone and see if camera will work. If problem persist, you can reset your phone back to factory settings. Just remember to backup your phone's content before doing so.

To reset your device:
1. Go to Settings > Privacy > Factory data reset
2. Read the disclaimer and tap Reset phone.
3. Tap Erase everything to restore all factory settings.
