why cant I see my screen its black on ZTE CITRINE
my brightness is all the way up on my ZTE Citrine LTE phone but can barely see it. In a dark room barely make out screen.

Hi tia. Make sure auto-brightness is not enabled so you're sure brightness is at max. Also, did you happen to drop the phone recently? That can be a result of a physical damage.
