Why can't I open zip files on my BlackBerry Q10?
received emil that contained zip file ? haven't figured out how to open it !!!!!!!

To unzip a file, touch and hold a zip file. Tap the zipper looking icon.
Let me know if that works.
still waiting for the answer to my question. I HAVE A Q10 and am trying to open a zip file …… NO LUCK ?????
