Why can't I get a sound from the LG Optimus L5 unless I plug-in a headphone?

Hi Courtney! Did you check the volume before playing a song or whatever sound you are waiting to hear? But if you are trying to listen on an FM radio station using your LG Optimus L5, you need a headphone/headset cause it acts as a FM radio antenna.
