Why can't I access my Cricket account?
when i try to access my account it tells me the information has not been downloaded...when i hit download it starting registration then it says network error after it gets 97 %

Can't remember my password is it says me when I asked my first school I said Franklin and that's it and it says that's not the right answer
I tried to sign up the my cricket account and it says I already did.so I wentro log in and forgot password and I asks my my faver food and it says my answer is wrong and it is not .very upset and not happy
I've tried to register my phone online at mycricket account with my mobile number& it says its already registered and someone. Else has signed up with my info& is using my cell
Can't log on to my account. Ever since I brought this Windows phone!!!
Contact Cricket and inform them about your issue. Maybe they can send you your bill through email instead.
