Why can't I accept calls on the Alcatel One Touch 908?

I've tried everything but can't accept calls?? Can someone help me out ASAP?? ?

Hi Zoe. When you receive an incoming call, drag down the green phone icon to
answer. To hang up the call, press the power key.
