- Turn off your phone first.
- Next, hold down the Volume Up + Power simultaneously for about 10 seconds.
- You should then see Recovery mode.
- Use Volume down button to choose wipe data/factory reset, press power button to confirm
- Use volume button again to scroll down to "Yes--delete all user data", press power button to confirm
- Using the volume button again, choose reboot system now, power button to confirm.
NOTE: Factory reset will delete all personal data on your phone.
