Hi, according to the Alcatel 665 user manual, volume control is in the Profiles menu. You can adjust the volume of any sound profile (i.e. General) by navigating to it under Profiles, pressing Options and selecting Edit, then choosing Volume. You can use the up and down keys on the navigational pad to adjust the volume up or down. Hope this helps!
