How do I make calls with my Alcatel One Touch 960c? There is no sim card. How do I use my service? Consumer Cellular (AT&T). I received this used phone as a gift.

Hi Ann, the Alcatel OneTouch Ultra 960C does not have a SIM card slot. If you remove the back cover, all you're gonna find is the removable battery as well as the built-in microSD card slot. The user manual makes references to these. You may find it here:
