Hi..i m using lenovo zuk z1. Anyone pls tell me where is call forwarding option. No call setting option even found in my phone. Please help me

For call forwarding in Lenovo a6000 plus - Go to diler >Menu>call setting>sim setting>call forwarding.

Whenever I download the update n try to install the update it says your phone has not switched to carriers ....so the update couldn't get install due to this reason .
Plz somebody help
