I called their service centre, and they said they don't carry parts for it. SO, the alternative is to go here! http://www.batterycanada.com/eb464358va.asp ...unless you live in America, then there's probably a similar website  :)

Hi Lori. I suggest visiting a Samsung store/service center first. It's always best to replace parts with OEM products. If they don't have any for sale, check out this seller in Amazon. It looks like it works with some users. Check it out here: click here
