Where can I buy an unlocked smartphone that has the FM radio activated in Canada?
It seems that all smartphones that come into the Canadian market has the FM radio deactivated. US Samsung Tech support suggest that I buy a Samsung smartphone in the in the USA as he said all their phones with this feature is disabled for the Canadian market. Any idea where I can buy an unlock phone that has this feature enabled and will work in Canada?

Hi len. According to the specs and manual of LG X Power 3, it has a FM Radio. It's currently available from these carriers: Bell, Eastlink, Freedom Mobile, Koodo Mobile, Bell MTS, Telus, Videotron, Virgin Mobile, Xplore Mobile.
