You can transfer the photo right after you take it. Here are ways to transfer photos from phone to a computer:

1. Send photo to your email through MMS and download it later on your computer.
2. Transfer through Bluetooth if your computer is Bluetooth enabled (if it's not, you can buy a Bluetooth dongle for less than $30).
3. Use a data cable to hook up your phone to your computer. A software/driver maybe required depending on the phone model you have.
4. If your phone has a memory card, remove it and insert to your computer's card reader. It will appear as a removable drive in "My Computer".
